The browser-based tools, including the procedural binaural beats mixer, pomodoro countdown clocks, and mechanical simulation notepad, are provided strictly for personal productivity and cognitive entrainment experimentation purposes.

You agree not to disrupt, modify, or interfere with the client-side JavaScript assets or core web structures of the application. The services are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of uninterrupted technical performance or psychophysiological outcomes.

Cozy Focus Station operates under a strict minimal-data local architecture. Any text compiled within the ASMR Notepad tool, or stats tracked via the gamified Focus Builder canvas, are retained purely within your local browser storage (LocalStorage). No client-side notes, keystrokes, or sessions are transmitted to, parsed by, or archived on external servers. Clearing your browser cookies or cache will clear your data unless a manual JSON backup has been exported.
